I spent four years as a college girl. After being homeschooled all my life, sitting in a physical classroom with professors and classmates was quite the adjustment. Here are the 10 things I’d tell my eighteen-year-old self if I could spin away in the Tardis, go back in time and talk to the me I was back then.
The first two years, I attended a community college and saved up so that when I moved on to the private university I’d dreamed of all my life I’d be able to skate by on scholarships and pay off my debt the summer after I graduated.
During that season, I learned a lot. Not just inside the classroom, but about myself. I learned what not to do on fall break. I learned how not to hate homework. I learned the 5 back-to-school style basics and 5 tips to create my perfect back-to-school closet. I learned how to renew between semesters. I learned I am an INFJ.
